From a young age, Gershon has always had a passion for real estate, entering the field even in his teens doing coop. After working in residential leasing and property management for several years, Gershon founded Filament Realty Management in 2017. Gershon has a heartfelt passion for the industry and the constant desire to create the best owner experience possible. He is skilled in negotiations, customer service, landlord representation and diligent in ensuring an impressive client experience. Outside of the office, he is a true family man and car-guy.

Kaylee is an operations specialist with 9 years of experience in financial and administrative management. She has an insatiable passion for marketing, strategy and operational efficiency. She is driven to engineer the finest marketing plans and adopt an innovative approach to the industry all with the goal of providing the best service possible to clients. Kaylee loves bringing her skill set to the table to help shape Filament's growth. Her heart is in her work and with her family and beautiful 2 year old daughter.
